At Adiva Tech Services Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality engineering, manufacturing, PCB assembly, embedded systems development, and custom technology solutions. Due to the customized nature of our services, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. General Policy

Most of our services involve custom design, engineering, prototyping, software development, PCB assembly, and manufacturing activities. As these services require dedicated resources and materials, payments made for completed work are generally non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation before work has commenced.

  • If cancellation is requested before project initiation, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable administrative charges.
  • If work has already started, charges for completed milestones, engineering hours, purchased components, and materials will be deducted from any eligible refund.

3. PCB Assembly & Manufacturing Orders

For PCB Assembly, PCB Fabrication, and Manufacturing Services:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • Components purchased specifically for a customer project are non-refundable.
  • Custom manufactured products cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect caused by Adiva Tech Services.

4. Prototype Development Services

Prototype development involves engineering effort, component procurement, testing, and documentation.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed design work
  • Engineering consultation hours
  • Firmware development
  • Software development
  • Hardware design services
  • Research and development activities

5. Defective Deliverables

If a deliverable contains defects directly caused by our workmanship:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will investigate the reported issue.
  • If confirmed, we may repair, replace, or rework the affected deliverable at our discretion.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees
  • Design fees
  • Engineering services
  • Software development services
  • PCB design services
  • Procurement costs
  • Shipping charges
  • Third-party licensing fees

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
